Security: We use a GeoTrust Web Server Certificate to offer secure communications by encrypting all data to and from our website. GeoTrust has checked and verified our company's registration documents and the site's registered domain name. This information is included in the SSL certificate issued by GeoTrust.

   Sales and Tobacco Taxes: Tobacco Station complies with all Federal and State of Texas laws regarding the payment of sales and tobacco taxes. However, your state may impose tobacco taxes and sales or use taxes on your purchases. You should contact your state's Attorney General's or Tax administrator's office to determine whether you have any tax liability for products purchased from Tobacco Station.

   Payment Terms: Tobacco Station accepts Visa, Mastercard and Discover credit and debit cards for on-line payments. Any of these payment methods may also be used for telephone and fax orders.
   If you prefer to mail us your order and payment, you may print the off-line order form from our website, fill it out and mail it along with your preferred method of payment to: Tobacco Station, 6225 N Lamar, Austin TX 78752.
   We accept money orders and Credit Cards only. Sorry; no C.O.D.s or open accounts.

   Order Processing: Orders are processed on business days, Monday through Friday, excluding holidays. We will make every effort to process and fulfill all orders received Monday through Thursday within 24 hours or possibly the same day. Orders received on Fridays should be shipped no later than the following Tuesday. Orders will be shipped from our Austin Texas shipping facility. Only information pertinent to order fulfillment will be transmitted to our shipping facility. Once we have received your order through our secure shopping cart, you will receive an e-mail confirming your order. You will also receive an e-mail confirming the shipment of your order. USPS Priority Mail service does not offer on-line tracking.

   Backorders: We make every effort to ensure that the products we offer on our website are in stock and ready to ship when you place your order. However, in the unlikely event that any of the products you have ordered are not in stock but we know that they will be available to ship within 48 hours, we will delay your shipment for that time period. If the delay will be longer than 48 hours for the availability of any product, we will ship the products that are in stock and will make a follow-up shipment of the backordered product as soon as it is available. There will be no additional shipping & handling charge to you for shipment of the backordered product.

>>RETURNS & EXCHANGES<<

Do Not Return cigarette machines for general or warranty repair to Tobacco Station.  See Machine Parts & Repairs below.

   If you should wish to return any product(s) that you purchased from Tobacco Station for exchange, credit or refund, please contact us by e-mail, telephone or fax. We will issue you a return authorization number and give you detailed instructions as to how and where to ship the product for return. Returns cannot be processed without a return authorization number. A $5 restocking fee will be charged for unauthorized returns.

1. All Returns must be made within 30 days of purchase.

2. Shipping & Handling charges are not refundable.

3. All Products: May be returned for full refund provided they are not altered, damaged, misused or otherwise made unsaleable and meet the requirements specified below:

  • All Cigarette Making Machines: Must be returned in original packaging including all inserts and instructions. A $5 charge will be deducted from your refund for returned cigarette making machines that are incomplete or not in their original packaging .
  • All Tobaccos: Only unopened packages of tobacco may be returned for refund unless authorized by us.
  • All Cigarette Tubes, Filters & Papers: Only unopened packages may be returned for refund.

Sending your return to any other address will delay your credit, refund or exchange. Refunds will be processed in the same manner as payment was made. Example: a refund for products originally charged to your credit card will be credited back to your card.

Do Not Return machines for general or warranty repair to Tobacco Station. You will be charged an additional $10.00 plus additional shipping if we handle your repair.

   New Information! Repairs & Replacement Parts: If you require repairs or replacement parts for your cigarette making machine, please follow the instructions included in the package and contact the company below directly. We neither repair nor provide replacement parts. If you need help in obtaining repairs for your machine, please contact customer service.

For Premier Supermatic, Supermatic II or Excel Deluxe cigarette machine repair or parts, please contact the following company. (Note: Premier Deluxe, Escort Deluxe, Premier Quick-fill & Premier Twin Injectors are not repairable.)
