reached the age of 21 years or older and we reserve the right to request a verifiable state or federal I.D. number
(state driver's license, etc.) with any order. Tobacco Station also reserves the right to
refuse to fulfill any order that we reasonably believe has originated from a minor (anyone
under the age of 21) or is on behalf of a minor. It is a crime for anyone under the
legal age in their state of residence, to purchase or use tobacco products. Likewise, it
is a crime in ALL states for anyone of legal age to purchase for, provide or distribute
tobacco products to minors.

under the age of 21 years old. We utilize a third-party, secure age verification
service which searches various government data bases to confirm that birth date
information provided by each customer is accurate. No personal information is retained by this
service. If, for some reason, this service cannot confirm your age, you will be notified along with a request

Sales and Tobacco Taxes: Tobacco Station complies
with all Federal and State of Texas laws regarding the payment of sales and tobacco taxes.
However, your state may impose tobacco taxes and sales or excise taxes on your purchase. You
should contact your state Attorney General or Tax administrator's office to determine
whether you have any tax liability for products purchased from Tobacco Station.
